Flag Assembly - August 26, 2023

Assist with assembling the flags and flagpoles to get ready for the field.
Location:  3DI Signs 1133 W. Main St., Arlington
Time: 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
 

Field of Honor Set Up - September 8, 2023

Set up of event field including a 1000 + flags on the marked field, secure with rebar, attaching honoree labels, set up headquarters.
Location: Veterans Park, 3600 W. Arkansas Lane, Arlington
Time: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Opening Day - September 9, 2023

Assist with volunteer needs for the program, sponsor event, docent for flag sales and questions, evening concert and drone show.
Location:  Veterans Park
Time: 10:00 am - 8:00 pm

Serving as Docents Daily - September 9 - 16, 2023

Docents greet visitors, escort guests to their purchased flag location, or to flags in their honor, assist at Headquarters.

Field of Honor Take Down Day - September 17, 2023

Take down flags, remove rebar, assist honorees and purchasers with receiving their flags. Those who are able, help to fold traditionally for packaging.
